Roberto Santiago is the founder of the Manaira Shopping Mall. He was born in Paraiba in the year 1958 and has always been looking for ways to give back to his community. And, developing a mall that would create employment, in the area, was his way of doing so.
He studies at the Pio X-Marist College before joining the University Center of Joao Pessoa for his business administration degree. After completing his degree, he started a decorative and utilitarian company in Santa Rosa, which paved a way for him to start a cartonage business and later venture into real estate development.
